Control Panel, Error 503

Hi

I'm trying to access to control panel for my hosting, but have been getting a 503 service temp. unavailiable all morning. Any idea when this will be resolved?

I'm having the same problem with kilo.***c.net:2082 url says error 404.

You are on a different package from Niall but I have just tried to get onto kilo and can see it fine. Could you either post in the resellers forum or raise a support ticket please.

Did you have the monsoon theme enabled before it was removed from servers a little while ago? If so you will get a 404 when logging onto those cpanels because the theme and thus the pages to be displayed will be unable to be found.

Thanks Matt - sorry I should of read the forum, I did use the monsoon theme I think. I can get into my other account because the theme was different.

What do I need to do to resolve this?

travellinglad,

You need to firstly login to WHM and then update all your packages to use a new theme - once done you should be able to login again.

If not, let me know and I'll change it for you.
